Organizations and groups interested in hosting special events and/or business meetings at the AAS 2020 Annual Conference may request meeting space from the AAS.
Meeting space is assigned on a first-come, first served basis with affiliate groups receiving priority in room assignments. This means affiliate (committee, councils, etc.) meeting space requests will be processed first and all remaining requests and assignments will follow.
Meeting space request forms will be available on this website in September 2019. Full details will be posted at that time.
